What is Oshi Health?

Oshi Health is a different approach to gastrointestinal (GI) care that brings you online access to a team of expert GI providers, dietitians, and behavioral health providers – all working together for you. Oshi Health provides clinically-proven, personalized care for all types of GI symptoms and conditions, whether or not you have a diagnosis.

Who is eligible for Oshi Health?

Oshi Health is available to Crown Castle teammates, their covered adult dependents (18+), and COBRA members (18+) enrolled in the Crown Castle medical plan.

How much does Oshi Health cost?

As a member of the Crown Castle medical plan, Oshi Health digestive care is available to you and your covered adult dependents (18+) at no additional cost to you.

Please note that you will not receive a bill for your care, but you may receive a zero-balance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Aetna. If your Oshi Health provider recommends labs, imaging, or other diagnostic tests, then standard copays and deductibles may apply as noted in the medical plan benefit details.

What’s included with Oshi Health?

After you sign up, you’ll have access to a dedicated GI care team, who will develop a care plan to help you take control of your digestive issues and get back to what’s most important in life.
